Breathwork, Mindfulness and Meditation class led by Emily Brennan on
the P6 porch that will explore active breathing techniques to improve mental,
physical and spiritual health.
Breathwork is one of the most powerful self healing tools and has
been used for centuries in ancient ritual and tradition to connect deeply to the self.
Through the increased flow of energy through the body, your subconscious mind
is able to release old memories and holding patterns. Meditation is a means
of transforming the mind toward clarity, emotional positivity, presence and calmness.
Bringing your awareness to your breath and the present moment is a valuable
practice which can be applied to all aspects of life.
Bring a yoga mat or something to sit on
(a block, blanket, or pillow)
